Campervan Hire Booking Process
Step 1 - Follow the link here to our booking form and make a reservation.
If you would like to request campervan hire dates outside of our normal collection days (Monday or Friday) or if you wish to book for more than 2 weeks, please complete the enquiry form at the bottom of this page.
OTHERWISE PLEASE CHOOSE THE HIRE BOOKING PROCESS THROUGH OUR BOOKING FORM.
Step 2 - Pay the Deposit
To secure your dates during the campervan hire process, we ask for a 25% deposit of the total cost upon booking through our booking form. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before collection. If your collection date is within 4 weeks, full payment is required at that time. We prefer payments to be made via bank transfer, but we also accept card payments and PayPal payments for your convenience.
Step 3 - Send us your documents
Once we receive your final payment in the hire booking process, we will need copies of the driving licence for each driver, a DVLA check code, and two additional forms of proof of address, one of which must be a utility bill. These documents are necessary for insurance purposes related to your campervan hire.
